With the double-effect SCHNAPPMATIC CS D.E. quick coupler, the locking and unlocking operations are managed directly from the cab in a few seconds. The operator can change tools easily without leaving the cab or rely on other personnel to do it. This significant time-saving makes the tools’ change profitable even in case of short work cycles. With the patented CS JANUS PRO adapter, the quick coupler becomes reversible.

It is equipped with the most advanced safety systems. Applied to the cylinder, the standard block valve guarantees high safety levels. In case of pressure failure on the hydraulic line, the quick coupler holds its position without unlocking risk. Thanks to the new visual indicator, the operator checks the locking status of the quick coupler directly from the cab.

The new double-notch profile of the fork represents a stronger obstacle to an accidental fall of the incorrectly locked tool. The Hardox 400 material, harder than the usual building steels, has been employed in the fork’s construction. It makes the quick coupler suited to a high workload, granting its long useful life. Thanks to the hydraulic and bi-directional Twist actuator, it is possible to tilt the quick coupler up to 90° on both sides, thus reaching work areas difficult to get to without it.
